Your information is securely stored on our on-premise server and within our Financial Cents database, both of which comply with industry security standards.

We retain client records only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, and maintain accurate business documentation. Typically, financial and tax records are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with IRS and other regulatory standards.
After this period, records are securely deleted or destroyed.
